Creative Learning

I am a highly organized and motivated Leader in Learning Experience Design with a proven track record in both instructional design and training. I've learned so much outside of work thanks to a Masters distance education program with Western Governors University program for my Masters of Science Learning Experience Design and Ed. Technology. Outside of a formal school setting, I am always seeking acquisition of software knowledge geared towards both Instructor Led Training (ILT) -- for engagement; and Web Based Training (WBT), and using that to stay in the loop of the ever changing best practices of the industry. I have found that blogs, ID challenges, webinars and MOOCs are an awesome way to achieve this.
